Defended her PhD thesis in July 2025!

My research aims to further define the effects of menopause on myelination and lipids within the central nervous system. To achieve this, I have worked to generate a menopause mouse model of demyelination by performing ovariectomies on our iCKO-myrf mouse model followed by behavioral, histological, and lipidomic studies.

My fun fact is that I have 3 large dogs
